Pulmonary Medicine
Pulmonary medicine is the subspecialty of internal medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and management of disorders of the respiratory system, including the lungs, upper airways, thoracic cavity and chest wall. The Department provides patient education and rehabilitation. The Department also runs asthma self management program, COPD rehabilitation services, smoking cessation clinic, sleep laboratory and RNTCP-Dots centre.
