Ayushman Bharath - Arogya Karnataka Scheme (AB-ARK) - 2161/2156
Arogya Karnataka" was introduced by Government of Karnataka on 2.3.2018, with the goal of providing Universal Health Coverage to all residents of the State. The Government of India later introduced Ayushman Bharat. Since both Arogya Karnataka and Ayushman Bharat schemes have the same goal, scope and similar modalities, both the schemes were integrated under a co-branded name called "Ayushman Bharat-Arogya Karnataka" and is being implemented in an Assurance Mode from October 30, 2018
Basic Sum Assured is Rs. 5,00,000/- per Family, per annum for "Eligible Households (BPL)" and RSBY enrolled beneficiaries.
For those who do not come under the "Eligible Household" as defined under the NFSA 2013 or are not enrolled RSBY beneficiaries, the sum assured is 30% of the package rate up to Rs.1.5 lakh per family per annum on co-payment basis.

Ayushman Bharath-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Karunya Arogya suraksha padhathi (AB-PMJAY & KASP)
The Government of Kerala implemented the Karunya Arogya Suraksha Padhathi along with the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri - Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), providing treatment cover of Rs. 5,00,000 per household. The scheme is referred as the AB-PMJAY & KASP, providing an assurance cover of Rs.5, 00,000 on a family floater basis to Beneficiaries Family Units through a network of empanelled health care providers
Beneficiaries are those who are holding PMJAY card.

Sampoorna suraksha scheme provides health insurance coverage under their tailor made group health insurance policy to the self help group members and their dependents of sampoorna suraksha scheme promoted by shree kshethra dharmasthala rural development project a registered NGO based out of Dharmasthala , operating in Karnataka state.

Employee State Insurance Scheme (ESI)
ESI is a social security scheme offered by the Government of India as per the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948. The scheme provides protection to employees against disablement/death due to employment injury, sickness, and maternity. Employees must be subscribed for the scheme to get the medical care and other benefits.
This is a self-financing scheme, where the employees and the employers make regular monthly contributions to the scheme at a certain percentage of their wages.
The existing wage limit for coverage under the Act effective from 01.01.2017 is Rs.21,000/- per month (Rs.25,000/- per month in the case of Persons with Disability).
