Haemato Oncology

This involves the treatment of patients with malignant blood disorders that affect the lymph nodes and bone marrow:

• Acute and Chronic lymphocytic leukemias
• Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
• Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
• Multiple Myeloma

Essential thrombocythaemia, polycythaemia rubra vera, myelofibrosis, and mastocytosis are among the myeloproliferative syndromes.

Chronic myelomonocytic leukemias and myelodysplastic syndromes.

The Haemato Oncology team carries out allografts and autologous transplants of hemopoietic stem cells.
